- Quote Expiration:
Because rental requests can, and often do, overlap
between guests, we can only accept a reservation after
we've received the deposit. You should reconfirm
availability if you are making a payment more than 24
hours from the time this message was originally sent.
- Payments: You can
make all payments on-line (credit card or PayPal), or
you can mail us a check.
Deposit: To reserve our unit, we require a
deposit of 50% of the total rent. Once received, we'll
send you an e-mail confirming your reservation. Within
a week, we'll follow up with further instructions,
including directions and a map for your arrival.
Final Payment: Your final payment will be due
60 days prior to your arrival.
Arrival: When you arrive at Kiahuna Plantation
Resort, you will check in with Outrigger just like any
hotel, and they'll provide you with a room key.
Cleaning: When you checkout, you will be
charged a $175 cleaning fee by Outrigger. Also for
stays of 5 nights or longer, Outrigger requires
mid-stay cleanings at least once every 3 days. These
cleaning fees are $35, and payable directly to
Amenities: During your stay, you are welcome to
use the resort amenities, including beach access,
complimentary chair & towel service, pool &
tennis access. However, access to these amenities may
from time to time be limited, or not even available.
It doesn't happen often but it could happen, and while
we're sorry there isn't much else we can do as the
resort manages these amenities.
Cancellations: We understand things happen, and
it's not our intent to profit from your cancellation,
but late cancellations are bad for us as well. If you
cancel more than 90 days prior to your arrival date,
we will refund your deposit less a $100 processing
fee. If you cancel between 90 and 60 days prior to
your arrival date, we will keep your deposit; however,
the deposit less a $100 processing fee can be applied
toward a future rental with us. No refunds for
cancellations within 60 days of arrival date.
