Kiahuna 163 is an ocean-view, top floor, end unit steps from Kiahuna beach with full privacy and a very quiet location.

 

As an end unit, there are extra windows allowing gentle breezes to move freely through the unit. And you can safely leave the windows open while you're at the beach.


 There's a beautiful lawn area in front of Kiahuna 163 as are only 10 units per acre giving Kiahuna Plantation Resort a very comfortable open feeling.


                        
 The beach is amazing and just a slow, easy 2 minute walk across the lawn.

Kiahuna 163 is an Ocean View unit and known for its idyllic ocean-view setting.

 
 

 

Kiahuna 163 was COMPLETELY remodeled in December 2022 and includes solid stone counters and all-new appliances.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped, and of course there is a blender for the things you want to do in the kitchen and a dishwasher to help with those things you don’t.
  The dining area opens to the lanai with beautiful views and plenty of Kauai sunshine.  
 

 

 

                                                                
The bedroom features a King sized bed as well as plenty of storage space in the closet or dressers.
  The sofa converts to sleep two more on a Queen size hide away bed.  
    The bathroom was remodeled in December 2022 with a walk-in shower and solid stone counters.

 

The bathroom is also separated from the bedroom providing for additional privacy.
 

You can surf indoors as well as we provide free cable tv and high speed wireless internet access.
