~330 condos at Kiahuna Plantation Resort, some units
are located on the beach . . . the ocean is right
there but it can also be crowded which cuts into your
privacy. Then some units are away from the beach next
to the road where you'll definitely hear cars driving
by . . . and some will find this too noisy. Our unit,
is located about 200 feet from the ocean in the heart
of Kiahuna Plantation Resort. This part of the resort
is always in high demand, because the units are quiet,
close to the beach with an ocean view but still
affordable.

Our Unit, Kiahuna
163 . . .
is an ocean-view, upper-floor, end unit
just steps away from the beach. While many individual
units have been minimally updated over the years, we
completely remodeled our unit in December 2022. We not
only modernized the kitchen with new cabinets,
counters and appliances, but we also brightened up the
unit and opened up the kitchen for an open feeling. We
also re-designed the bathroom so there’s now a large
walk-in shower to rinse off after your stay at the
beach. All new furniture . . . nothing was spared to
ensure the beauty of Kiahuna Resort was matched inside
our unit as well. Lastly, we took care to make sure
the unit feels like you’re staying on a tropical
